Some of the information you may want to include is:
- Pet's name and breed
- Date of birth (if known) and date of passing.
- You may also tell us about your pet, see the submissions for examples.
- Your Name (last names are required with submissions,
but do not have to be posted on our site if you prefer
to remain anonymous.)
Also, if you would like to embellish your Memorial you may choose one of the designs below and we will add it for you. Just send us the item number with your Memorial request, photo and text.

If you would like to submit your pet photo to our website, you may do so by emailing a jpeg to kit@allheavenlycreatures.info
At the present time we can only design Memorials for past or present clients of "All Heavenly Creatures," who have lost a pet. To do so, you will need to submit a jpeg (no larger than 1MB) and a short paragraph (approximately 175 words or less) about your loved one to the email address listed above. We reserve the right to edit text and crop photos to conform to the space allotted for each pet tribute. Memorials may take several days to post.
